Five Guys

Five Guys makes on of my favorite burgers, but it just doesn't make sense to go here anymore. For the same price as a burger, you can go to a sit down restaurant and order a burger, fries, and a drink. On our last visit, our fries were soggy and old, but that's not typically the case. We will go back, but maybe in a few months instead a of a few weeks.

Just take a look at this burger and tell me if you think it's worth $9.00 (cheese burgers its $11.00). Honestly, the bun was soggy, the meat was way to overcooked to taste anything, and they put cold mushrooms on it giving it the most aweful tastes. Also WHY are you smashing the meat and letting all the juices run out? Are we that brain dead in making a burger? Why do you purposely mess that up? There's a Wendy's across the street. Buy a burger there and buy one at five guys and you'll see there's no difference. All those signs in saying it's the best burger are all lies anyway.

Yo, I love five guys and I’m not the type to leave negative reviews but tonight was ridiculous. I was pretty clear in my order and everything on the receipt was correct except the cashier forgot to put one burger on the order… and then every single burger that WAS made was made completely incorrectly. I think out of 4 burgers, only one of them had even half of what was requested but still not correct. 3/4 should’ve had hamburgers but all had cheese, 3/4 should’ve had bacon but only 2 did, one was supposed to have mushrooms and grilled onions but had neither, and the list goes on. The toppings were completely wrong / flip flopped despite it being clear on the receipt, but we were the only customers so it wasn’t the wrong order. No idea how that’s even possible to THAT extent. $70 for that… kinda wack.
