Only go here if your time has no value to you. A complete lack of any sense of urgency from the staff. Waited 10 minutes past my pickup time. I was so disgusted I left without my food and went to Subway where I had a sandwich in less than 5 minutes without pre-ordering. I'm sure glad that I added 25% tip to the pre-order.
Onions not grilled, messed up shakes. Burgers were small and one large fry does not feed 2 people.
This is the second and last time I will go to Five Guys. I've been to Five Guys in Indiana, and now in Wisconsin, and both experiences were the same. The grossly overpriced burger patties are smashed paper-thin and burnt. The bacon was burnt to a crisp. I actually choked on a piece of burnt bacon. Spend half the money and go to ANY fast food joint and get a burger that is twice as good. If you want to spend over $10 for a burger, go to Bru Burger and get a burger that is twice as big and 10 times better.
