Café Zupas

Went here on lunch and had a great time. They were very busy but staff was still friendly and working through the line efficiently. The food was delicious and portion sizes were generous. I also love that our food came with a chocolate covered strawberry! It’s a sweet touch.

Visiting from Canada on business. Love a good soup and salad, but mannnnn! The service, the freshness, the price and quality were just AMAZING. Especially to be served so fast. Envinment is bright and clean, bathrooms modern (soap smelled great) just... really felt refreshed after having driven for 16 hours. 2 things that stood out above the rest: That Wisconsin cauliflower soup is ???? sooo good. Probably one of the most loved bowls ive ever had. And the service. Holy cow. Ben starts you at the front of the line with the most patient perky greeting that made me super comfortable taking my time and Joseph on the cash was like professional lightening. Literally. Promptly and faster than I'd ever seen (& smiling!) rang 3 of us up, held 2 conversations, dished out strawberries and still made eye contact -- in like 5 minutes? Great food, great crew, will 100% be back. Thank you!

The people here are nice, the food is wonderful, and the restaurant is clean. However, ordering here is a mess. You tell the first guy your order. He starts your stuff and hands it off to sandwich person or salad person. Then it goes past soup person, and finally on to the cashier. This would be ok, but more often than not, they miss the customizations like "no beans on the salad." It's not one particular employee's fault, it's that they play a game of telephone here and you're repeating your order at least 3 times. You go down the line. The soup person asks if you ordered soup. He gets your soup and your food piles up at the end of the line. The cashier asks "what did you have today?" So now I have to rattle off what everyone in my party has. I simply can't say "this order and the next two people behind me" because the cashier needs to pick the food items through this pile at the end of the line. It's a mess since they have takeout orders and the next orders in line all mixed together
