I went there this evening and unfortunately was welcomed with immaturity and lack of professionalism. The team was goofing off and making fun of customers. It's been roughly a year since I've ordered food from this Five Guys location so I was not familiar with the store's layout. I would appreciate it if one of team members had properly communicated to me to which side of the store had the menu and made me feel welcome. Instead, most of the team members stared and joked. I've been to this Five Guys a few times before but I don't remember the customer service being this bad. I enjoyed my meal but I was completely disappointed with the service. I am not eager to come back to this location.
