Applebee's Grill + Bar

So I’m a little disappointed my husband and I love Applebees we have been going for years we are from Idaho and just moved to Tennessee this was our first visit to this location we were so excited to go and the service was absolutely horrible and they were not even busy we waited so long for our change to come back that we got tired and left waited forever for our drinks and food it was just lousy service never have I had such bad service at a Applebees in Idaho and we would go on busy football nights and still got better service the only reason why I gave a 3 star was because of the food it was good like Idaho but that’s all I don’t think we will be eating Applebees again till we move back to the North West

Food was good, service was slowwwwww. If our server weren't so nice it would have been 1 star. Took 25 minutes to get beverages, we were done with appetizer before any bar drinks were delivered. We only got the water we initially asked for after dinner was delivered and we re-asked for it.

The waitress we had decided to help a couple that came in after me and my family. The food was not hot at all. I had the appetizer it was just not good to me. I understand that a lot of restaurants are short staff. What got me was I asked her for change for a $20. I don't have it but my daughter ask for change for a $100. I can do that. I was really she saw me as someone that doesn't tip. We were going to leave her a $20 but why would you assume that anyone with kids can't tip. We left a tip but not as big as she was expecting.
