Five Guys

My son loves it here so I’ve been several times. The burgers are really good and I love the fact that the fries are fresh and made to order. The problem is they were soggy and drenched in salt. I have clumps of salt on my plate. I like my food to be seasoned but I’m not going to continue to spend $8 for fries that I can barely eat because they’re bathed in salt. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with them. The management/owner needs to instruct staff to do better. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Visited Thursday 12/29/2022 First, I normally love 5 Guys burgers. They usually are great. The fries on the other hand are usually soggy or under cooked, although I do get a lot of them. I usually ask for well done but that's not an option on the app. That being said, the service here is not good. I ordered on the app @ 11:00am for a noon pickup and received an order confirmation. Exactly at noon, I walked in and no one was in line so I walked right up to the counter and they gentleman yelled to his team that I was here and directed me to the end of the counter where he said my order would be right up. I FINALLY received my food @ 12:23. I understand that there might be some amount of wait time upon arrival but 23 minutes?? I was left with 7 minutes to get back to work and eat. Additionally, this burger was thrown together. I could not even pick it up as everything just fell apart. On top of all that, $17 for a burger and fries!? I can get a better made burger from the clown & the king

A single patty bacon cheese burger & small fries - $16 . Outrageously expensive. Yes, the burger is made to order and delicious even when cooked by college kids. Fries are soggy and definitely not the quality for > $4 . Bacon is no good. Strong smell of the oil fryer will not sit well after sometime. Every table in the store was used and nobody cleaned them until I told the staff and was cleaned after sometime. Understand the staff shortage. Overall, I would go to a local gourmet burger place than this one for the $$ , Adios !!
