Five Guys

You do make a.tasty burger and the best fries but your prices are out of control... potatoes and buns are inexpensive ingredients. There is no reason to charge around $20.00 for a casual burger, fries and a soda...I might as well go to a restaurant. Sorry I can no longer be a customer.

Showed up at 8:30 and the guy inside had locked up even though they close at 10 pm. The employee was incompetent, said they closed at 9 and I responded it’s only 8:45… then he said oh we close at 8. Lazy employee should get the boot, my kids were hungry and we drove to their location. Never again, this location lost my business! Hope this guy gets fired, lazy!

I honestly don't know why this place is rated so high, I guess when they first opened things might have been different but now the food is okay but way over priced and the fact that you spend $9 on a burger and it doesn't include a drink or fries. The store moves at a snail's pace and with all those employees there you would expect faster service and most importantly a clean store. I'm not a fan of Five Guys the burger is okay and the fries are nasty. I wouldn't recommend eating here there are so many better choices in Alpharetta to get a good burger and you don't have to spend as much.
