Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food is disgusting and horrible! I hate to waste money on this. Please go somewhere else! Rice is not fully cooked and is very hard smh thanks Chipotle for making my first visit horrible! I will never go back!

I gave this location so many chances but honestly, this location is just bad overall. Your order is never ready at the time you scheduled it. Prepare to wait 5-20 minutes. They always mess up your order! They'll miss ingredients you asked for and when you ask for light or extra of a certain ingredient they do the exact opposite. I asked for light hot sauce once, and they gave me extra which ended up covering my entire bowl!! I would avoid this location at all costs. Not worth it.

Absolutely the WORST Chipotle I’ve been to. First time, the messed up, gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. This time we ordered and we waited 20 minutes after the online pick up time even after it said “order completed”. I ordered a steak quesadilla and as you can see in the pic.......NOT A SINGLE PIECE IF STEAK TO BE FOUND!!!! My daughter’s burrito bowl was supposed to have fajita veggies in it and didn’t! Honestly, if I didn’t dish out almost $60 for this food, I wouldn’t care, I gave them a second shot and blew it! I’m sure they don’t care one bit, but just wanted everyone else to be awake and not just make all your food is there, but that what you ordered is correct!
