the grill cook had a great energy that really picked up the feel of the place. The burger was good. Fresh ingredients freshly prepared. Somehow it just didn’t come together for me. At over $10 for just the burger, I don’t think I’ll choose five guys again.
At the Guilderland location, the restaurant staff were energetic, polite & provided quick service. The place was very clean & the food was good.
Fudged order, check your burgers before you leave for pickup folks. For a brief moment I almost consider checking, but I was lazy. Ordered CB (cheeseburger) received a single burger (maybe little…), no cheese. Order 64. I was too hungry, and too lazy to return to have corrected. Need a bit more quality control, seems like I’ve had historically poor order consistency with 5 guys. Great people, good food = 3 stars
