TGI Fridays

This location is terribly understaffed and struggling. I had gone in a month or two ago with two friends and was greeted by the host who explained that only the bar was open because all of the staff had quit (or something along those lines, don’t quote me) the fact of the matter was, there were no servers except for the bartender. We decided to sit anyways since we were only getting drinks and an appetizer anyways. I don’t believe it was packed at this point but it took the bartender a while to get to us, though she was very apologetic. We knew she was having a tough night and probably should’ve went somewhere else. We still got a decent appetizer and 2 rounds of drinks after a very long time but we understood.. I went in again this past friday night thinking that this restaurant still couldn’t be struggling like this but it was, and worse. I believe there were 2 servers and one bartender. No one at the front explaining the staffing situation so people were coming in and seating themse

The interior is like any other Fridays. Second time here and both times the wait was extra loooooong. And who knew because we ordered our food to go, we had to pay more. I would figure that they wouldn’t have to serve and clean up after us that they would be happy. Instead we paid more. The wings were great as always though.

Unfortunately this TGI Fridays fell very short. The burger was ice cold at delivery and the fries looked as if they were someone’s soggy leftovers! I could count on my plate how many they gave me. No silverware or napkins… Not a good experience.
