Fishermans Island

I've gone to Oak Forest location many many times for the past couple of years. Went yesterday and the corn was old looking and I had a very small crab cluster the smallest I've ever had from there. Food was luke warm and I've had warmer. This is my first bad experience. I started to go to the one in Country Club hills should have followed my first thought. I won't be going there again. I don't know what happen this time. I always purchase a #14 and it was way better in the past at the same location. They did not give me butter or shrimp sauce. I'm usually not a person who complains but I had to say something.

In between jobs I had the taste for Seafood. I visited the nearest convenient location before returning to work. After waiting 20 mins after arriving at said delivery time. I get to work to find my food is cold, appears to be old, definitely unclean ( see pictures). I called to report my concerns & was asked to bring the food back for it to be replaced. My expectation when ordering food is QUALITY! Nothing about this visit was pleasing. Down to the request to leave work bring back food that should have been hot & satisfying to begin with. Needless to say, I was unable to leave work to obtain eatable food so I will starve after spending $ 62 for leftover seafood. I m totally dissatisfied being a Chef & Foodie who probably would've gotten a better meal if my 5 yr old cousin had of prepared it. Totally disappointed!! Our neighborhood restaurants seem to just give us anything & expect us to be satisfied. I work hard for my money & if I choose to support your business I expect quality & sat

I wouldnt feed my dog ts dry and my shrimp taste like beef ramen noodles.(country club hills) the other ones good.
