THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! You can't go in the building to pick up your food so, you have to go through the drive thru to pick up your food. Which I do not have a problem with.. My problem is the young lady as your cashier and other employees allow this foolishness. They purposely made me wait an extra 10-15 min behind a vehicle that was already placed and paid for their order. Instead of having the car to go forward for the next customer like they were doing before they made me wait. She continued to be rude with an attitude at the window only because I didn't respond on the intercom for take out orders. Just because someone doesn't respond just to pick up their order does not mean to be like that to your customers. That was an act of unprofessionalism. I will never come back to this place with the type of management to let that happen and allow their employees to act in such a way. Especially when someone like myself knows everything about hospitality. If I could give a 0 that
I'm obsessed, I've now tried the cheesesteak, fries, mozzarella sticks, jumbo quessadillas, steak tacos, and lemonade. everything has been so good. ????????
This place is definitely well worth it. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, everyone who works there is pleasant and professional. I will definitely be returning to this establishment just to get service from him. I highly recommend Baby's Cheesesteak & Lemonade to everyone!!!
