First Watch

I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile now and I can say it’s a really good place to stop in for an aesthetic brunch. Well worth it and the service was lovely:) I suggest the avocado toast!

We like First Watch (for being a chain), they deliver good food and have a seasonal menu. However, our experience at this particular location on Friday 9/23/22 at ~10am was less than exceptional even though it was not busy at all. We were seated right away but it took a while to be greeted, then it took just as long to get our drinks (2 adult waters and 2 kid waters). My husband asked for a side of green chiles to come out with his omelette when we ordered. A food runner or another waitress brought our food without the chiles. He asked that woman for them but by the time our waitress finally brought them he was halfway done with the omelette. Our waitress didn’t even make eye contact when she dropped the crumpled receipt, she just said have a nice day. The food was tasty as always but we will not be returning to this location. We have had the best experience at the location on River Rd.

I already loved the food and the juice beverages are amazing. But I have to say that the service I received today was awesome. There was an issue with a delivery order we received at our busy oncology clinic. Thomas went out of his way to resolve the situation very quickly and completely and ensure this busy nurse was able to have a very nice lunch! Thomas has customer service that is well above average and hard to find these days. Thank you!
