I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m hoping this feedback will reach the right place. Customer service was great as far as friendly staff but the food was not great. Ribs were cold and texture was off. The brisket was very chewy and not warm. The macaroni sadly couldn’t even be compared to Kraft Mac n cheese. It was that awful, to no surprise that was even cold,bland, runny and flavorless. This place has a lot of potential and a polite staff. I hope they can work out the kinks because I love supporting small businesses in the area.
I travel for work, and anytime I’m in town I will come here. The food was amazing - I had the brisket and jumbo wings. They’re indeed jumbo, and they’re served with sauce on the side. Honestly, I ate almost all the wings without sauce because they were SOO good by themselves. The other reason I will come back - local dedication. The number of regulars that came through just while I was waiting for my food was incredibly impressive. The staff knew so many of their customer’s names and usual orders. Can’t wait to come back!
