I drive past another Taco Bell to get to this location! Everyone working drive thru is SO FRIENDLY, the food is always perfect, they get the order correct and never an issue getting frozen drinks here because the machine always works. I tell everyone it's a little out of the way but worth the trip! The tacos actually look like they do in commercials!
Tried to call to let them know i got someone else’s order nobody answered. I live all the way in crete illinois so not really sure what to do about that… id like my money back thank you…
Placed an online order, order was wrong, things were missing. I go back & the older woman working tells me “your order had a lot of modifications, it was confusing” she did apologize for the inconvenience, but still, she could have left out that whole sentence, lmao Imagine blaming the customer for doing your job incorrectly.
