Haven't been here in years, and when I walked in I was pleasantly greeted with the Halloween decorations they had up. I sat near the bar to watch the ball game and ordered a big lunch. The server was polite and attentive considering there was a lunch rush. The food was good. I will be returning to try out their other dishes. I would recommend this place. Great place and food but with terrible service. I had the Bang Bang Shrimp with a side of fries, and a Mocktail. Everything was yum! Unfortunately the service was terrible. Couldn’t find our server after the food was served - no one to refill our water or even give us the check.
Having enjoyed Fireside delivery during the height of the pandemic, I’ve started coming in more and more (dates, dinner, or drag shows). Servers have always been friendly and helpful, offering info on drink selection (Belgian Triple for beer or the newer watermelon mule style cocktail whose name escapes me) or customizing food options (a side of barbecue sauce and hot sauce for the Mac and cheese, with grilled onion and pulled pork was brilliant). Last night Lucy really went above and beyond with being engaging and sweet after the downpour, being around at all the right times and helping me surprise my companion with some of the key lime pie at the end. Highly recommend this place for inclusion in any regular delivery or eating out rotation.
