Food is good, but I drove 25+mins for them to forget an entire $13 sandwich. First time trying it.
Went in to order a couple subs to go (I do this regularly). Return home with sandwiches to find them cold. I’m not talking about they aren’t piping hot..I’m talking about COLD; out of the refrigerator cold. I return to the restaurant and ask for the sandwiches to be made again because of this. They inform me that their steamers “half of the time work” as they laugh and crack a smile and joke with a coworker. Sandwiches were made again, I make my less than one mile trip home to find my sandwiches once again…COLD. Once again, I am not talking about warm or less than hot, I am talking about REFRIGERATOR COLD food for a second time. I’ll save myself the frustration and throw this $30+ meal away and not return for a third time. 8-21-22 6:30 PM
Always a favorite sub shop. Just wish we had one in Ellijay. We stop whenever in the area.
