Firehouse Subs Litchfield Park

This was my first time at this location and I had no problems. After looking at all the reviews, not many good ones but I am speaking on my personal experience here. I ordered online for pick-up and my sandwich was made just how I ordered it. It's too bad that Uber eats and Grubhub do not display all their options and it doesn't let you modify anything to your liking.

I placed an online order for my favorite sub to purchase here. I walked into the store to pick it up quickly as I was on my way somewhere and needed to get in and out. The associate working said something to me initially and I didn't hear or understand her. She then raised her voice and honestly I could not understand here, I think she said pick up to confirm but it was in an extremely rude tone of voice. Honestly this type of interaction was unacceptable and I am just not going to go to this location anymore because I choose where I spend my dollars wisely. Super unfortunate that I see this a lot now a days at restaurants even to nice customers minding their own business.

Great place Angelica made the best sandhwiches! Great service as always! Best firehouse in town !
