I just went into the firehouse subs to place an order and no one assisted me. There where three employees sitting down at a table is me preparing orders and one on the back. I was never greeted nor did the young lady say hold on. It was frustrating observing that no one assisted her and she didn’t ask for help neither. I wish the customer service was as good as their sandwiches.
Ordered food online. Asked for specific instructions for my food and none of it was correct. My food was cold and very soggy. This is normally our go to but not anymore.
Great sandwiches! Got to chat with the manager for a few minutes, Bode, he was the best! We were just visiting and we will definitely eat here again on our next trip!
