Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

This new restaurant in the Birkdale village area has a superb location with plenty of parking and a modern decor that makes the guest feel good about eating there. The experience is a delight shaking your cocktail at the table and service is very attentive. The staff are knowledgeable making sure you enjoy your time with them. I was limited (personal choice) to what wanted to eat and they happily accommodated my request and very pleased with the end result. Over all this place is a should visit for the experience. With the mounting choices people now have in the Huntersville area this could turn out to be a hot spot.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Birkdale Commons Parkway, Huntersville NC, Firebirds Wood Fire Grill. The ribeye steak sandwich was exceptional! By far, the most delicious ribeye I have ever eaten. The garlic ranch sauce for the panko breaded onion rings was so delicious and the rings themselves were not greasy at all. I must make mention of Firebirds' House-made Ceasar salad dressing...perfection!!! Server was very attentive and food was unexpectedly delicious, definitely will go back, I ordered the salmon with the southwest Mashed potato so delicious and savory Parking: Lots of parking space
