Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We have driven by this restaurant for the past 3 years we have lived here and had no idea it was a high end steakhouse. We decided to celebrate my wife's birthday here this year. We made reservations for 7 PM on Friday night, but when we arrived there was no wait. The ambiance is nice and I love the darker lighting as opposed to the usual bright restaurants. The food was really good. The deviled eggs with candied bacon were excellent. The BLT salad was great as well. The only issue we had with the food was both of our filets were cooked unevenly, but still good. The highlight of our evening was our amazing server, Angel. She was very attentive and had an amazing sense of humor. When she learned that it was my wife's birthday she comped the awesome chocolate brownie with ice cream and chocolate and caramel sauce. At many restaurants these days you normally do not receive above and beyond service like this. Thank you Angel for making this night extra special. Great Job!!! Dietary restric

Great food. Great service. Great drinks. Wife and I went for a quick lunch. We didn’t know what to expect; which is my favorite way to try new restaurants. She ordered the chicken pasta. It had the perfect amount of spice to it and was great. I ordered the 16 oz ribeye knowing I would be sharing with my wife but it was still a lot to finish. The steak was well prepared and cooked to perfection. I would have preferred a higher quality of meat but I am nit picking. The loaded baked potato was well prepared. I also ordered a billionaire and it will be my go to drink moving forward. It was awesome. Pleasantly strong drink. We capped off the meal with a delicious cheesecake. Overall, highly recommend.

The food is good. Service was great. Love the sweetness of the wine. I like the strawberries but the sourness didnt go too well with the salad. One thing was ruin at the dinner was they have fruitfly that kept flew around me for the entire dinner and ended up in my glass of wine. My husbad told the manager at the end and we were shocked they gave us another glass of wine. ????
