We went here for our anniversary and brought the kids for the first time. We frequented the Firebirds in Peoria, AZ but since we moved this is the first time we've been here. The service was great as usual but the food was lacking. The wife have a really rare fillet when she ordered medium, my steak was super fatty, had a lot of gristle and was burnt on one corner. We definitely see that not all firebirds are created equal. They will get another chance before we find a new steak house. The kids enjoyed the experience with us and liked their food whic is always good.
This was a very nice experience! The place is beautiful inside and out. The service was great as well! We had lunch here and ordered the Deviled Eggs($10.75), the Pick your Pair Mixed Green Salad and Firebird Chicken Pasta ($14.50) and the Steak Sandwich ($18.95). It took a while for us to get our drinks so the manager came over and apologized and comped the Deviled Eggs Appetizer. All of the food was magnificent! The Steak Sandwich was my favorite. It was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was so sweet and did a great job for her first day. I will be back.
