Applebee's Grill + Bar

My perfect margarita looked like a Mountain Dew and then on my to go order they forgot my fries. Said I could come back um no thank you. Just won’t come back,

THEY TOOK MORE MONEY OUT OF MY CARD SEVERAL HOURS AFTER I PAID (said I tipped more than I did) so I had to cancel my card and send a new one. I will be calling corporate and the store today 05/23/2023. Food is trash, everyone quit there and workers were complaining in front of customers “idk why no one wants to work anymore” (people supposedly quit) but it’s clear they’re the problem if several people quit and don’t come back after training. Stay away from here unless you want bad food, customer service, and money stolen from you.

There was only one server for the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. However, there were at least 4 other employees walking around, looking at their cell phones, and talking in the reception area. It is Saturday afternoon on the weekend of the Final Four and the bar was closed because the bartender called off. One manager kept waddling around the restaurant simply rearranging the Happy Hour table top marquees... Perhaps one of the four other employees should be trained to at least serve beer... My chicken tenders on my salad were cold and hard. The lettuce was old and white in color. In addition, the restaurant looked dirty. Honestly....how sad! I have always loved Applebee's in the past but will never be returning to this one!
