07/02/2023 This restaurant has one of the greatest services in restaurants visited in Florida. Great attention from the manager to the servers. However, food was tasty but not for the high-end of the restaurant. The pasta was a little bit overcooked, the tuna tartare was very spicy, and the burrata didn't taste as it was because the tomato pasta was very strong in this dish. The desert I personally liked but the ice cream wasn't needed. I'll definitely come back and try different meals. Parking: Parking is not a problem.

After tasting that mouthwatering rigatoni bolognese I’d have to say this could possibly become an Italian favorite for moi. Sitting at the bar and interacting with the delightful Theresa was more than a bonus. Top tier when it comes to service is an understatement, Theresa takes it to another level. This is one of the best menus for this year. Many excellent options for appetizer I opted for a lighter one, that being the baby kale salad. The lemon and grated egg make all the difference for an otherwise basic salad. Let’s talk about the main character, the pièce de résistance…whole wheat rigatoni bolognese. A ragú sauce that’s finger licking good and perfectly cooked Al Dente pasta and everything in between. I couldn’t get enough of this dish and one of those that’d keep me coming back in the future. Unfortunately for dessert, as the waiter was delivering my panna cotta, he went through some trouble and dropped it on the floor, the very last one. I was bummed out but accidents happen an

My recent visit to Fiola was an extraordinary fine dining experience that exceeded all expectations. Our waiter, Juan, was a true gem, demonstrating an extensive knowledge of the menu and offering valuable insights into each dish and its perfect pairing. His attentive and friendly service added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. In addition, the manager, Pat, approached our table and went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated and special. As an added surprise, he made my fiancé's birthday celebration even more memorable. The food at Fiola was nothing short of immaculate. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the flavors were a perfect harmony of taste and texture. What impressed us the most was that even after indulging in multiple courses, we didn't feel overly full or bloated. Having dined in numerous fine dining restaurants before, I can confidently say that Fiola is what every fine dining experience should be. The exceptional quality of the food, combined with the
