Place just keeps getting worse and worse. Ordered a Super Nachos to go. Live just a mile away. It's cold, not one piece of cheese melted from hot beans or meat. The meat is half burnt and half not fully cooked.
Called in an order for pickup. When I got there, they assured me it was done but we’re in the middle of shift change. Not a big deal. 10 mins passes, food is done and counting of draw is done. Paid for my food. Noticed on receipt, it showed kids quesadilla instead of nuggets (that’s why I called it in. 3 yr old) she assured me it was correct that she just checked. Well guess what. It wasn’t correct so now I had to wait for her food to be made. Again. Already annoyed, I totally forgot to get her drink cup. Get home and the food looks absolutely disgusting. No fresh crunch to the French fries and looks like it’s been sitting all day. This location isn’t the best. Sorry.
