Filibertos Mexican Food

As a business owner myself, I definitely would not recommend due to their food and extreme lack of customer service. I have two kids and was on my way home, and everyone complained of cold food. When I took a bite, I realized myself that the cheese was not melted and the food was extremely cold. I called and asked what they could do to make it right and they wouldn’t even do anything, acting as if it was my fault. They didn’t even put me on hold. I could hear them talking to the cooks complaining about me expressing my complaints. It is unfortunate because I’ve ordered quite a few times and I will not order again. I would not recommend.

BEWARE!!!!!!. 8/6/22 around 8:30 not exact time but I know it was around that time. I had made a call before me and my friend were supposed to go over there and the lady on the phone wasn’t very nice and had a certain tone I didn’t like.. I had order two SOFT beef tacos (not a hard order at all) and the lady said so you want two ground beef tacos.. as in to correct the way I worded it in which I ignored it and I said yes.. she never repeated the soft part.. so I politely asked her PLEASE make sure you put it down as soft …she ignored and said with a certain tone the price and hung up. I never talked to her in any bad way or attitude… then my friend goes in to get my order he comes back as he wasn’t happy wit h the service of the one Mexican lady who’s extremely skinny and was wearing a red shirt at the time (We don’t know her name).. and he gives me my food and it was super hard. We both looked at each other and realized she did it on purpose… so my friend goes back in side upset cause

Both neon “open” signs were on, doing their little flashing thing to grab your attention. Apple maps says they are open 24 hours (clearly untrue), Google maps says they close at 12am. Business hours on the door are consistent with Google maps. We arrived at 11:32pm and the doors were locked and chained. If you are not open, your business hours and neon signs should reflect that. There were 3 employees inside. A woman walking around back and forth at the front counter, someone in the kitchen, and a third employee sitting on his phone in the lobby. Greatly disappointed, honestly.
