Filiberto's Mexican Food

Pick up some drive thru about 9 in the morning 8-26-22. I ordered a machaca breakfast plate very clearly but somehow the cashier heard machaca burrito. But that wasn’t what bothered me. When I was handed the food I saw that it was a burrito, so I waived outside the window to get their attention. When I told the cashier that my order was wrong, not only did she have an annoyed look in her face but she never apologize for their mistake. That’s the last time I go to that Filiberto’s on 75th and McDowell. Extremely horrible customer service. Next time just stay home and don’t go to work.

We recently went here I got a burrito and it was COLD ! Meanwhile my boyfriends food was fresh hot !! We also got large horchata but it was very watery and did not taste good. The wait time was about 10 minutes, and we only live 5 mins away. I’m upset that I had to heat my own food up. But I asked for no pico and just guacamole and sour cream and they added a whole bunch of guacamole and barely sour cream.. We also asked “ if cheese was on there including the pico de gallo & guacamole .” And she said yes but then added $1.50 for cheese ? Idk this wasn’t the best experience, I will just stick with juliobertos

Was hungry, it’s about 29 minutes past midnight and this is a 24 hour drive through so I ordered a Carne Asada Burrito, 6 minutes later deliciousness paired with red sauce. Super tasty and rolled up perfectly. Great friendly service.. will definitely repeat and worth the $10.48..
