Filiberto's Mexican Food

My wife was eating this fish burrito we order and a piece of raw chicken was in there. How does a piece of raw chicken end up in there? It’s cross contamination. I wanted to speak to a manager but they said she wasn’t available. This is unacceptable.

Pick up some drive thru about 9 in the morning 8-26-22. I ordered a machaca breakfast plate very clearly but somehow the cashier heard machaca burrito. But that wasn’t what bothered me. When I was handed the food I saw that it was a burrito, so I waived outside the window to get their attention. When I told the cashier that my order was wrong, not only did she have an annoyed look in her face but she never apologize for their mistake. That’s the last time I go to that Filiberto’s on 75th and McDowell. Extremely horrible customer service. Next time just stay home and don’t go to work.

The staff at 75th Ave and McDowell are what makes this my 1st choice. The food keeps me reminded of how much I love mexican food. The employees are ALWAYS SO NICE. This is my favorite location. The food is very delicious every time. You can taste the freshness. The inside is clean and tidy. The menu will make your mouth water! it is fresh. I'm hungry now! Open 24 hours!
