First time at a Whataburger. Food was OK. Got the double burger with cheese and fries. Food was hot. Not really a fan of the skinny fries, but they were good, not overly salted. The burger was fine. Flavor didn't stand out. The folks working there were super nice. Didn't hesitate to provide combo to the restroom. Came out and cleaned the tables when we asked. Everyone was very friendly. There was someone in there clearly intoxicated. It was evident that everyone was on edge from this. We left shortly afterward.
Unfortunately I order a #1 with cheese at 8:41 am, didn't received my order until 9: 16. Everyone in the dining room received there order but me. When I went into the dining room it was pretty much empty. There was a big order. but what I'm talking about Everyone that came in after me and order about the same thing I was served last. All THEY CAN TELL ME THAT THEY WERE SORRY
After waiting more than 10 mins curbside i went inside to pick up my order fries were stale and cold and I open my burger and this is what I get ?? Cool.
