Fazoli's

Fazolis seemed like a popular place from the outside. The advertised food sounded interesting. I expected a sit down casual place, but you order at the counter from a mixture of Italian themed food. Nothing jumped out at me so I got the crispy chicken salad. The bread sticks were not bad, with a nice amount of garlic and salt. Very tasty. The chicken was also crispy and flavorful. The big problem was the lettuce part of the salad. It had that old lettuce a la Taco Bell flavor. This kind of ruined it for me. I did like the little bread stick chunks in the salad. So maybe I'll give them another try next time I'm in the area.

We no longer have a Fazoli's at home, so whenever we travel and see one, we stop. This location was just as good as others we have been too!! The restaurant was clean and food great!

Very poor service. I stood at the desk with 2 women there. I had 3 children with me, i waited 2-3 minutes they both saw me, i was simply waiting for them to be ready to assist. One was om her phone behind register the other was deliberately looking the other way but we looked at each other. Finally i asked the cashier who can help me. She put her phone down and waited for my order. No greeting or anything. No staff was smiling or welcoming. Best service i saw was the lasy going around cleaning who seemed to be the hardest working of all. Food was alright not as i remember fazolis as a child however. This location i do not recommend.
