McDonald's

McDonald's is mcdonald's, it's always. What it is, McDonald's. I'm a very patient man. But you go to the McDonald's and get Hannah on Hamilton road. And I do not eat fast food but I do like their fish Sandwich and my kids like certain items. So I pull up patient I patient. I wait get to the first window. It takes the guy 3 minutes to figure out my change. Go to the second window waiting for my food. Hand me the wrong babe. I said this is the wrong bag. You could tell because I ordered two kids meals with milk and two fish sandwiches with cheese In a large fry. Then I ordered Very simple, the oreo. Mcflurry in the water. Get Home? What do I have? I have 2 kids meals with. Hamburgers which I do not let my kids eat that I said nuggets. I ask for the apples, no apples, fries. Instead of 2 fish sandwiches. I have to I guess they were quarter pounders. My kids are ready-to-eat. It's 95° out, I call no answer. Call back again, get an answer. Ask for a manager just holdron hung up on. Or maybe

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went to a different McDonald's in Dublin and they gave me the wrong drink, but I didn't notice until I got to work in Westerville. Luckily, this mcdonalds is right around the corner from my work. I went in with the receipt and cup of coffee showing I had purchased a Caramel macchiato, but was given a black coffee. The lady refused to give me a replacement and said I had to go back to the original location. I called the original location and they told me I should just be able to go to another mcdonald with my receipt and get a new one. When I told her I was denied by this location even she said "seriously? That such a disservice to you I'm sorry". So not impressed with this location. I came here to get what I paid for, and you expect me to drive 20 min back? Multi-million dollar company and you can't bother to give me what I paid for??

Sweet older lady in the lobby does such a great job, bringing your order and spotless dining area. She takes great pride.
