Could be a 4-5 star review. Food is usually fresh. There’s just either always something forgotten out of my order or barely any sauce on my food. One time it was the chicken missing to my Alfredo. Next time it was the Caesar dressing for my salad. Another time it was my extra bread sticks. Never really been consistent. I’ll try again in the future but it’s a two for now Edit: Another issue is the lack of sauce. Ik portion control is a thing but man. It sometimes is like eating dry fettuccini and chicken
3 stars may seem harsh, but I rarely give a fast food establishment anything above 2 stars. At my visit, the crew at this location was friendly and competent. And the food portions were impressive and served on a plate. My guess is that the food is as good as it can be considering the kitchen, ingredients and menu don't allow room for much creativity, so the food has an all around sameness. If fast food is your only option, check out fazioli's.
Food is of great quality and the prices are very affordable. Good staff and clean building. Wish there were more locations in Nashville and the surrounding area.
