Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered from the app. I sat in the restaurant waiting for them to put my order on the mobile order pick up rack. They kept it behind the counter and I noticed the bag sitting there. I happened to walk up and see that it was mine. So what is the mobile order rack for??? Upon unwrapping my burrito, there was hardly any meat at all. It was also missing two of the toppings that I had asked for. Guess I'll have to skip the app order and go with supervising the person who makes it to make sure it's done right. As much as food costs these days, that's unacceptable.

Ordered online for pickup. Arrived at indicated time and was not ready. While waiting noticed what a mess the whole place was. Really disaster. Got order and took back to hotel only to discover the order (with the corned order lablels) was completely wrong. Yes, my fault for not checking at the store, but they were so far off that it seemed they were just putting whatever they wanted into the containers. Also, food inedible, really bad. AVOID. Went to Culver’s - COMPLETELY different and WAY better.

EVERYTIME!! They never miss a beat!! Food is always FRESH and cooked RIGHT!! They are all smiles and good vibes too!! Even in busy hours with a full line and dinning room they serve right!! ????
