Farm Luck Soda Fountain & Dry Goods

First time there. Prices are a bit high, especially for what you get. Ordered shakes, they finished two orders that came after us but we did not get ours, so I went and asked. The people behind the counter began oddly and quietly talk to each other, eventually one person offered an apology then they made our order. The shakes come in thin plastic cups so the melt very fast, it just turns to liquid. Also the straws were so small that we could not use them, the chunks in the shakeout plugging the straw. Wish we had just gone to Whataburger or Sonic, cheaper, faster, better cup and straw. Oh, and we had to fight with the flies that were everywhere. Definitely not going back.

Prompt service, delicious shakes/malts. Very clean. Nice staff. Cool receipts. They put what you are wearing on them to identify you when you are seated at your table. Food presentation was good. Nice size portions. Forgot my pickle and cherry, egg salad could have been more flavorful. All in all, we would go again!

It's hard not to give this place 5 stars because I would recommend it if you are in the area. It's a nice place to have lunch and the food was pretty good. I will say this though, the young people working here were not sitting around talking or trying to figure out something to do. They were cleaning if they weren't cooking, waiting on people, helping prepare the food or delivering it. They were busy, busy. The food prep is done where you can see it too. I really liked that. No surprises. The chef was putting out the food too. The whole staff seemed to know what needed to be done and were willing to help. That was a pleasant surprise now days. Good customer service. What a great idea! The menu is sandwiches, wraps and soups along with the soda fountain drinks and desserts. My wife had the half farm club sandwich with taco soup. The soup was the only thing that was not good. My daughter had the farm club sandwich. The sandwiches are served with chips. I had the Texas wrap. It was pretty
