Summer is knocking on our door and the smell of BBQ is in the air. If you do not feel like cooking — why not try the All-American-BBQ Feast and enjoy all the delicious fixings! Parking: Ample parking. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid friendly options! Wheelchair accessibility: ADA accessible.
Took 5 minutes after walking in for someone to come to the host stand and greet us. There was a maximum of 10 customers seated, two waitresses, and one manager. When we were finally greeted, I asked if we could sit outside (group of 7) and was told “no” because they don’t have the seating for that. There was a table out there that fit 6 and all they had to do was add one chair or move a table. We let it go and got sat inside. It took 15 minutes to come and ask for our drink order, 20 minutes to get the drinks, and another 20 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to eat. The food was good. The drinks were expensive. We heard the manager scold a waitress for taking a to-go order right at kitchen closing time and tell her “next time tell her (customer) “no”, or we may have to beat her up in the parking lot”. It was a joke, obviously, but not a very professional one. The staff seemed quite unclassy, lazy, and in a hurry to clean, but not wait on their customers. Wont be coming back h
Ordered takeout via GrubHub. Asked for no sauce because I'm a type 2 diabetic. Not only did they put sauce directly on my food, they put sauce packets in the bag and threw in a bunch of fries that I can't eat. Maybe they thought they were being nice but people ask for things like no sauce for a reason and their basic requests like this should be honored. Also, the brisket was like really fatty, old roast beef. Overall, extremely disappointing and I'm not likely to order here again. Especially not at their prices. Dietary restrictions: Apparently they enjoy killing diabetics
