Fairchilds Public House

Located within Hilton in Mountain View, this restaurant has very good food and drinks options. The ambiance is very nice and also there is a patio dining option. The servers are friendly and quick. We started with a few cocktails, Chicken wings and fries. The wings are fresh and juicy and coated with a perfect amount of sauce choice. For the main course we ordered an Impossible burger, Chicken quesadilla and Flat Iron Burger. The burgers come with a side choice of fried or onion rings. The items are very delicious and filling.

Stayed a week in the Hyatt, where the Fairchild sits at the bottom. Went every morning for breakfast and food was always great but the service was hit and miss. Four of the 5 times I ordered coffee I didn't receive any way to stir it. No spoon, no stir stick. Had to use the provided butter knife to stir. Servers were either highly attentive or super absent. Got my bill before I got my missing syrup for my pancakes. Saw a family of 5 get served their meals at different times, and then their table wasn't cleared for over an hour. Great food - the menu is limited - but you might have to wait for it.

Had dinner with the entire family here. Food was really amazing, from appetizers, mains to desserts. Raymundo and Carlo was also really friendly and attentive. Will surely come back! Kudos to the entire crew!
