I went through the drive-thru and felt like I was rush. Felt like I was talking to a robot. Pulled around and no greeting. Didn't even ask or tell me what I order. EDIT: In reply to the owners response: Yes, it’s the location off of center point pkwy. The exterior does not look renovated at all! The photos on google do, but, not so much in person. Also, I never stated that I had a Wing/Philly combo…. I had 2 separate food orders. Second, that does not negate the fact of a lack of cleanliness with staff handling food. Safe food handling does not seem to be a concern for the day to day employees. They don’t have great customer service either. The more advanced the world gets, so do health concerns. ____________________ 5-17-23 Sooo, as someone who’s been in the food industry for over 8 years, I know when somethings off. First, as others have said, the exterior & interior looked questionable. We ordered the food, Philly Cheesesteak with Cajun Fries & an 8pc Honey BBQ Wings with bread & fries. The person with the 8pc said the wings weren’t fried, the skin was soggy & there was no honey in the BBQ, bread was superrrr thin & not even toasted. My Philly
