Even Stevens Sandwiches

I placed a to-go order and drove all the way to the Draper location only to find a sign that the store is closed this week. It let me place the order, took my money, and nothing anywhere indicated this closure. On top of that, I haven’t been successful contacting anyone for a refund on my order. Please update your online ordering and communicate with people so they don’t waste a 20 minute drive to lose their money. I’m a huge Even Steven’s fan but this totally ruined my day.

I LOVE your restaurant but am so, so disappointed this time. I know things are hard right now for many workers but I hoped for better. First, I tried to call to place my order at the Draper, UT store and they never answered. Showed up to order and I’m the only person waiting to order. I can see at least 4 people working. I’m short maybe that’s why they didn’t see me??? Finally, someone came to take my order. I said I tried to call but got no answer and he said we’re busy with a catering order. Ok. Does that mean you don’t take other orders? Anyhow, I ordered two sandwiches to go. The turkey day, lightly toasted. This is not what I asked for and they didn’t even put the cucumbers and greens on the sandwich! Ugh! I really wanted this delicious sandwich. No napkins either. This is not a cheap sandwich but today, it should have been. Follow-up: Management reached out to me about this event and worked to correct it. Thanks Even Stevens!! :)
