Server was so indifferent, unfriendly, unhelpful ☹️ Glenda even forgot that we were there to celebrate our friend’s birthday (75th)! We told her at the beginning and she said they’d bring gelato and sing! We sat for 20+ minutes waiting for her to check on us and bring the birthday dessert—when we finally flagged her down, she had a stone face, did not apologize or even say “Happy Birthday”!???? awful! And now wanted to charge for the gelato—we left without a birthday celebration! ???? Food is mediocre-frozen spinach in the dip-bland and tasteless!???? Tuna was okay, fries ok. Nice view of the fountain and surrounding! Too bad bc we drove in specifically to go to this place bc the birthday person chose it!

Average everything. Soup comes pre cooked out of a plastic bag, in other words they don’t make it from scratch. Pizza has no flavor. Dough is equally tasteless. Hire a chef with talent to remake your dishes. Don’t just rest of the fact that you’re lakeside. My God does any restaurant have integrity for food anymore? Or do they just care about ringing the register. Food looks “pretty” and that’s how they fool you as you walk by. The positive reviews are from your average American who has no clue what good food is.

Bad service. Bought a meal which comes with sides. Server brought meal without sides. Brought sides only after asking. Didn’t serve water napkins etc Added mandatory gratuity of 20% the bill without letting us know. Upon asking said we rely on tips so we take it. Pasta was good. Wings were highly sour. Asked server to help on them. He took them away and brought same back saying I have cooled them down.We could not eat them. Left the place. Poor service, average food, forced gratuity.
