Estampa Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse

Not even knowing they closed at 8pm on a Sunday, made reservations at 7pm. That was more than enough time to eat all the meats and enjoy our time. We were there at least 30 minutes after close. I couldn't say enough about the person who looked like the manager. He provided service I have not seen before. I felt like the table was mic'd up because he was there and ready with the best service. Not to take away from the other staff, they were great too but if I had my own business, I would get him to train my staff and show how it's done. Now to the food... it was delicious. I ate everything that came out and the sides and a little of the salad bar. Nothing disappointed, it was worth the money, even the dessert which is a separate charge. If I were to make any critical assessment it would be the salad bar. I've seen better at other well known Brazilian style restaurants but honestly who goes there for salad. Been here twice. Once for a wedding anniversary and second, for a Mother’s Day Celebration. Both times were absolutely excellent. The man who I believe to be the manager is phenomenal. His service was some of the best I’ve ever seen, and more needs to be this way. They make you feel welcome and not rushed. I would recommend all the meats, however, my favorites were the Flank, Sirloin, New York Strip, & Sausage. Also a very good salad bar, with many choices. Highly recommend this place for the price and quality of food. It would be good for a date night or special occasion. Will definitely be returning soon.
