Asian Chao

This place used to be good years ago; it is horrible now. They charge extra for orange chicken and barely give you any. All the food including the burnt bourbon chicken tastes old like it was reheated several times. The rice had no veggies, no eggs and the rice tastes bad. They were hiding the soy sauce and duck sauce too. He filled the drink full of ice and almost no soda. The main guy is extremely rude as well.

I started at Chic Fil A and left completely in shock with the customer service they provided. But I also had an order to place at Asian Chao, I was reluctant to meet Jeff right off the rip. His customer service exceeded expectations and went above and beyond. The quality of the food was fresh, and the smiles on the faces of employees and also the other customers in line, were not shy. As far as a food court experience goes I’d be lying if I said Asian Chao didn’t make my day with the customer service alone. And the quality of the food was close to gourmet. When shopping at the Melbourne Mall there will be no other choice for me to make as far as where I will eat ever again.

I have never been disappointed by the service or the food. Also its the only restaurant in the mall that hasn't been taken away over the years. Delicious every time and you can even do low carb!
