This is my favorite BBQ joint! Amazing ribs and quick service. The cornbread is also delicious along with the jalapeno grits. The macaroni and cheese is okay but my boyfriend loves it. I just prefer a baked Mac. My boyfriend loves the pulled pork but I'm not a pulled pork girlie so I'll take his word for it. The service is super friendly which is amazing to me and they go above and beyond. The atmosphere is very casual so don't go thinking you will get anything fancy but it's perfect for what it is. The one thing I would like improved is the bathroom but at least they have one. Parking is on the street so if it's busy I could see that being a burden but it would be worth a walk. Highly recommend this place to anyone in Cincinnati or passing through. We enjoy going even from Dayton!
Low key place. Order inside and get a buzzer. Sit outside for a wonderfully, relaxing vibe. Food was up very fast; in about 5-10 minutes if that. Complex flavor on the beans; tasty. Coleslaw was delicious and refreshing. The ribs stole the show! Ribs so good...no sauce needed! Tender on the inside, slight crisp on the outside, just a dusting of some sweet magic powder. Good size ribs too! A+. 1st time visitor, but I will most definitely be back! Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids. Outside area for them to run around and make noise while parents eat. Parking: Free street and free parking lot.
Second time to try and won’t be back. Love barbecue but you can definitely find better in Cincinnati. So disappointing. Mac and cheese taste liked boxed and the meat was cold and had a vinegar taste. Can’t dine in. Only take out available. … More
