We celebrated my wife's birthday at Elena's Philoxenia while traveling through Portland. It was near our hotel and ended up being the perfect place. The food was authentic and delicious. Everything made to order and fresh and perfect flavors. Great job!
Friendly service, although they were sitting walk-ins before us ( we had a reservation). When my friend pointed that out, we did get multiple apologies. The food is well priced, and the atmosphere is cozy. Both of us had a good time.
The food is always delicious. I great little find we have been to a few times. Recommend the calamari, lamb chops and saganaki!
