EL Toro Mexican Restaurant

I was excited to eat here because I was sick of eating at the El Nopal(s) in town... It was a busy Tuesday night, food took forever was cold, worst chips ever, I had maybe a half of cup of beans and lots of broth and what looked like baloney and tasted like bologna floating on the top.. I am open to suggestions for good Mexican food in this town, please....

The Vegetarian choice was good; not bland or overly cheesy. Another person in our party had Chicken Enchiladas. The chicken was shredded; there was lots of it; however, that was basically a that was in it- with some cheese on top. It was bland/boring. The other member of our party had Beef Tacos and loved them. The frozen Margaritas were delicious. Vegetarian options: Some good Vegetarian options. Parking: Free parking in their lot; however it is a busy place at dinner time and tough to find a parking spot. Wheelchair accessibility: No curb to get over from the parking lot to the entrance sidewalk. Hooray!
