The food was subpar at best. The steak was dry and lacked flavor ;( When I go to a Mexican restaurant, I expect lot of flavor! Just did not get that here. Additionally, my tacos came on flour tortillas, not traditional corn tortillas. They tasted dry, stale, and floury. Guacamole wasn’t bad. Salsa was decent, a little spicy, but good. Margarita (Tradicional) was excellent. My server was nice but she did forget to follow through a few times. No big deal, still tipped well! Hopefully next time will be better. I always give second chances - we just really love Mexican food. Try Habanero Grille if you want authentic mexican flavor ! Just down the road from Sombrero. Have a great day!
I rarely write reviews, the service has to be absolutely amazing or down right terrible. This place is the latter. The food is hit or miss, but the service? Worst I’ve ever had. If you order take out bring a tent. Half a dozen people will walk by ignoring you. Going as far as to avoid eye contact. My food was sitting on the Uber eats take out rack which after waiting 10 minutes and being ignored I noticed it on the rack. Of course it was cold and soggy. I walked out without anyone ever saying one word to me. I’m ordering Mexican tonight but it won’t be from here. Lost a customer who spends over $100 every time we ordered.
First time in... food was awesome!! and lots of it for price. Place was clean. I got a frozen 1 Mango margarita.. my boyfriend got a 1 shot of tequila... the drinks cost more than the food, but we're good! only down side (besides drink cost) was the server brought check before we asked for it... will visit again! We both enjoyed our lunch very much! Features: socially distanced...I saw one server wearing a mask (we did not).. everything clean inside.
