This location is the best! Employees are super friendly food is always fresh and they give you a lot of salsa!
Out of all the El Pollo Loco's in the are it's better then rest, seating inside and outside. Big parking lot and even a drive thru which is what makes it even better. The only downside is there will only be 1 person on the register, the employee who helped me asked for help but no one wanted to help her with a big line of customers. It would be great if management did more and tried to get atleast a backup cashier who will come and help when help is needed. Apart from that the food is great. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian bowls and burritos Parking: They have a decent amount of parking. Enough for a lot of people. Just that there's only 1 parking spot for curbside and it's not in a favorable area. From my experience it should be more towards the restaurant so there's less walking for the employees and closer for the customer whose picking up via curbside
Their the best chicken around. Very consistent. They got a super formula fir getting it right every time
