Del Taco

Able to order ahead and things are correct most of the time, even though we have a lot of special requests. It's a bit of a drive from our home, but we think it's worth it from time to time! ???? Vegetarian options: They offer plant-based meat substitutes in some of their dishes, as well as bean-based options.

Even though they're better than taco bell, that's not saying much, 3rd trip there, food wasn't cheap and sort of disgusting

I used to love del taco, it tasted better and was not as pricey as Taco Bell. And the employees really seemed to value their job and customers. There aren't many locations of del taco in the bay area and it makes sense b/c del taco is a SoCal based brand. So to have Del Taco, its about a 45 - 50 minute drive. If's too bad that the Del Taco location in the Bay Area doesn't care about their customers, their jobs or their poor customer service. For this location, they've lost a customer (which probably doesn't mean much to them) ~ which is sad! I was charged double the amount of what my meal should have cost and after discovering the error, I contacted corporate right away. Both replies stated that the management of the restaurant would be contacting me and both times they did not. I eventually had the overcharge handled by my bank. Like I said, no one cares about their customers at this location. To double charge me for my order and not try to rectify it, is selfish and inconsiderate. It
