I went today at the drive in of El Apollo Loco in Maywood and ordered a 8 pcs meal and got burned chicken! I am very disappointed that I got this meal I couldn’t eat it. I called that location at 7 pm and asked to speak to the Manager on duty and they told me he was taking his brake I was told he comes back at 9 pm from brake... really?? 2 hours brake?? It was not well cooked but completely burned! This was at the El pollo loco on 4501 Slauson Ave Maywood Ca. Do not go there I’m very upset about this.
Chicken lacked flavor and was a little overcooked even though I asked not to. Place was a little filthy. Restrooms needed a serious cleaning.
