Manager Katie was super friendly and helpful, meals came out fast, and the store is spotless!

I came to El Pollo Loco to get my free birthday meal, but the manager acted like she did not know about it. I wanted to get my free chips and guacamole but learned the you can not redeem two rewards in the same order. Not until I found the verbiage on the app that says that indeed you get a free meal on your birthday, the manager stated that she would prepare one to take home. I hope my experience serves you well.

This is unfortunate and I hate to be that guy, but the service has been on a steady decline. Nothing but teenagers working the window and with that the bar is set exceptionally low. Ordered $33 of food for the family and got one bag and a small drink. So the list of overlooked items were: No large chips and queso No large chips and guacamole Small drink instead of large No mashed potatoes with my daughters meal And the BRC burrito which stands for beans, rice, and cheese, was just rice rolled into a tortilla with no beans or cheese. Very interesting considering I’ve never seen a rice burrito before. Like I said, tough spot to be in, but when you look at a screen and see a large order, how can you kick out the order that’s missing so much or screwed up so badly and keep a straight face.
