My daughter and I visit this particular store regularly at least 7 times per month and for the last 4 visits my kale Salad has had absolutely no dressing and again on today, I love Chick-fil-A but we are beginning to question this store we’ve come and they’ve forgotten whole sandwiches or nuggets it’s always something lately again we love Chick-fil-A but this particular stores in question
At first I was super upset because there’s been 2 times where they forget an order/item. I went again and ordered 3 meals and only got 2. I understand they are busy but they still need to do their job correctly. I didn’t check it until I got home but I did contact them and Jenna was super awesome! I came in same day and she took care of me. Didn’t hesitate to fix the problem and I appreciate that a lot.
This has to be the first time I enter a Chick-Fil-A and the bathrooms were just horrible! No toilet paper, no soap, nothing to dry your hands either! I asked them for more soap and they still have not put any soap in the restrooms. This has to be one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. For the feel of it, it seems that this store cares more about drive through than people eating inside their restaurants. Half the parking lot was closed because they have a maze of cars waiting for the drive through and you have to park farther away to get inside. All in all will never come into this restaurant again!
