El Paisa Mexican Food

Absolutely astonishing food and service. I asked for a meal that wasn’t on the menu and they still accommodated me. They’re hole in the wall food is beyond words. I really loved their salsa and beans and chips as complimentary items. Their food was so delicious and they’re down the street from me, so I’m definitely coming back. Price was definitely worth the food. Almost felt they gave me too much food for how much I paid which was under 10 bucks for a full meal. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is a walk up to counter order restaurant with indoor and outdoor patio seating. Very authentic local Mexican food dishes, street tacos, burritos, enchiladas, tamales, beans, etc... Good Home made salsa bar, fresh food. I had the Birria beef which i have never heard of this preperation of beef before, but it is a very fall apart roast beef chunks in this very mild, but flavorful sauce. They served the dish with Chips, Salsa, and a plate of beans, very nice touch.

Small little hole in the wall in Escondido CA. Nothing out of the ordinary here. I came here to try their menudo and Al pastor tacos. Neither was bad nor impressive. Not bad for a quick meal, but you won’t be impressed with the food. The owner was very nice though and made the visit a pleasant one.
