EL PAISA COLOMBIAN RESTAURANT

Outstanding place. My wife decided to take me here on a whim. Best decision I had today to go. The food was amazing. The waitress that we had did not speak much English but she was sweet. I love places like this give me the feeling of authenticity. The walls are painted and has very lovely colors that expresses the couture. The food was out of this world. There was no disappointment in flavors, with my order and wife's order. If you are looking for a place that differs from the usual Mexican restaurant but still want a Latino flavor this Columbian restaurant is a must try.

Went on 7/22. This place is Colombian in name only. The music is not Colombian, and not even a single cocktail with aguardiente on the drink menu. That’s like going to an American restaurant and they don’t have a whiskey cocktail. This place is more like general Central American fare, but with a mural (beautiful) of Colombian themes. We got our food before we even got water service and cocktails. This place is just stressful - too busy, wait staff can’t manage the tables, some food items overcooked and chewy. I’ll be returning to Bilus down the street for a more authentic Colombian experience. Sorry, this place just didn’t cut it.
